a psychological approach to the control of anger in razavi traditions

by the progress of knowledge and technology and reaching equipments for the comfort in life, psychology has gone too far in knowledge by carrying out extensive research. psychologists, for having a better life, emphasize on learning life skills. these skills being international are rooted in islam and are atated by modern words. one of these skills is to control the anger or excitement. the writer regarding the anger being epidemic and the disability of controlling, it among people has explained this subject from three outlooks of razavi traditions, ethics and psychology by discriptive-analytic method in order to state that controling the anger is rooted in our imams'words afterwards she represents practical solutions for controling anger after knowing it and its bodyly and behavioral symptoms and its advantages and disadvantages. finally she comes to this conclusion that eight imam of shiite muslims who many decades before psychologists'outlooks, had endeavored to know and control the anger, besides having superiority due to being pioneer had represented also another solution which is connection to sprjituality and supernatural forces and he has pioneered others in this too.
